Live shipment tracking
Delivery you can follow
Enter your tracking number to see where your shipment is and what happens next.
The number is on your receipt or in the message we sent you.
What you get with every consignment
- 01 Scanned at every stepCollection, each hub, customs, delivery. The history you see is the operational record, not a summary written for you.
- 02 One number, door to doorA single tracking number covers the whole journey, including the legs handled by partners.
- 03 Told when it mattersAn e-mail when the parcel is collected, when it goes out for delivery, and when it is signed for.
- 04 A person answersWrite to the office and a person replies, with the shipment in front of them.
Freight that can be followed, end to end
We are a freight and courier company. We move parcels, pallets and full loads for businesses that ship every week and for people sending one thing that matters, by road, by air and by sea, with our own staff at each end and vetted partners on the legs we do not run ourselves.
A consignment is given one number when we collect it and keeps that number to the door. Every hand over is scanned: out of the sender's hands, into each depot, through customs, onto the vehicle, signed for on arrival. Those scans are the record our own depots work from, and they are the record you read here. There is no second version written for customers.
When a shipment stops, we say so and we say why. A parcel sitting in customs for a week is not "in transit", and saying otherwise would only cost you the chance to do something about it. Write to the office and a person answers, with the shipment in front of them.

Why the tracking can be trusted
- The record cannot be quietly rewrittenA scan is never deleted. A correction is marked as voided, with a reason, and the original stays in the history.
- Proof of deliveryDelivery records the name of the person who signed, and the time, against the shipment.
- Held is said plainlyIf a parcel sits in customs or on hold, the page says so and says why, instead of showing "in transit" for a week.
- Your details are not on displayThe tracking page shows the route and the status. It never shows the address, the phone number or the e-mail.

- RegisteredWe create the shipment and the label.
- CollectedThe parcel is picked up and scanned in.

Questions we are asked
Where do I find my tracking number?
It is on the receipt or consignment note given at collection, and in the message sent when the shipment was registered.
The page says nothing has happened yet.
A number appears as soon as the label is created, which can be before the parcel is collected. The first scan follows collection.
What does a customs hold mean?
The shipment is with the authorities for clearance. Nothing can move it until they release it. We update the page the moment they do.
Nobody was in when you tried to deliver.
The page shows a delivery attempt. Write to the office at the address below and we will arrange the next attempt.
Need something moved?
Write to the office for a quote. Tell us the collection and delivery points, the weight and how fast it has to be there.
